Great gym with all the equipment you need. Some machines are already a bit older, but everything works perfectly fine! Love the friendly and homesy atmosphere and big plus: not many people go here.

An very close place to burn some fat if you work or study at VGH. The building is old, which is normal for the VGH. However, they tried to have a vast selection of gym equipment and machines. Shower, towel, and filtered water is also included on the membership that makes it much more worth the price.

Great value, and well-curated set of gym equipment for hitting all the muscle groups. Love the homey/friendly atmosphere, especially the ceiling tiles. I love staring at them when I'm maxing out my bench. I even try to stare at them through the reflection in the mirror when I'm maxing out my squat.

Best gym in town. my only issue is how gross the ceiling is. its those office building ceiling tiles but they are all water damaged and gross looking. Normally who cares, but when I'm on my back trying to max out my bench press I'm forced to look at the water stains and speckled pattern of tiles and it makes me upset.
