Via has a great team and has the process down. What needs to be done gets done on a timely basis. Contract to close was great. Mary was nothing short of amazing from strategy and preparation to contract to close. I cannot say enough about how great she is. She held us together while she got the job done and went far out of her way to help with every aspect of the sale. This is not our first rodeo (and we were agents in another state) she has the passion and compassion, the expertise and experience, the intuition, the knowledge of the local market and work ethic like there's no tomorrow.
