My fiancé got me my engagement ring from Diamond Queen, and I'd love leave a positive review, but that would be lying. When my fiancé received the ring (he's in the US) and he called me via video chat to open it and show me, the ring literally was sent in a plastic wrap and in a shipping envelope, and ring documents, but no ring box. I really don't understand who was in charge of that, but that person needs to be fired. My fiancé reached out to the owner of the brand on Instagram, and at first, she was surprised and said that she will look into that and get back to him shortly. It's been months, and she has never taken any accountability, not one apology, or any response back, the lack of communication is completely diabolical. I live in Toronto, and I was thinking like maybe the owner would tell my fiancé that I can come and pick up the ring box from the store or something, but no, even that wasn’t offered. For a company so popular and comes off as this luxury jewelry brand, this is a really really bad look, and completely unprofessional, and clearly does not care about their customers. I see videos on instagram from this brand, and guess what? the rings DO come with their own boxes, but for some reason, clearly luck wasn't on my side, my ring came without one. It's funny that even stores that sell cheap jewelry and even jewelry at the stores like Winners & Homesense, come with ring boxes, yet something so expensive as this, was poorly presented. I can go on a rant for a long time, but I won't. My advice, go somewhere else, its clear that the this company is terrible with their communication and accountability, look at all the negative reviews. I thought I was the only one experiencing such, but nope.

We had an amazing experience with Diamond Queen! I worked with them for both of my wife’s rings, and they were so easy to work with. They really listened to what she wanted, captured every detail perfectly, and made it all happen flawlessly. We couldn’t be happier with the results and highly recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, custom jewelry and a seamless experience!

If you are looking for a trustworthy reliable business this is not the place. I inquired about a tennis bracelet and was quoted $2900 for a 2 carat and placed an order with a deposit. Then I saw an active ad on instagram that was for 3 carats for $3299 and asked about the massive difference, she said the ad was live by “mistake” but that she will honour the price. Now, I see on their website that there is 14ct tennis bracelet for $2200, and again what a surprise it’s a mistake. The owner wants to give the illusion they are this big place with luxury service however it’s a 1 person show where she manufactures with jewellers. My bracelet has also broken after only 2 years, and has not provided any options for repairs. I do not recommend if you are looking for professional and reliable service.
