I wanted to pamper myself and I don’t regret going yo Ouronyx Clinic. First of all, I loved the luxury experience and loved the brands they use for facials. I am a practitioner myself so I enjoyed all the fine details they offered. I spoke to Katy Shields on the phone and she was the reason as to why I decided to get my facial done at Ouronyx Clinic - Katy accommodated me at such short notice with a very genuine and friendly tone, and made sure she delivers the best service, definitely walked an extra mile.. On arrival I was greeted by Katy and while I was drinking my espresso that was generously served, I filled out my medical history then went down and a makeup artist removed my makeup to prepare my skin for the facial. I found that very very nice. The final step before my facial, was 3D pictures for the skin to thoroughly discuss in detail what exactly I need with a Dr if I wanted to, but I just booked for a facial then. After all the above, April the skin therapist took me to the room and discussed the facial and what exactly I wanted to achieve - I would have loved it more if there was extraction and steaming available at the clinic but overall, April left my skin glowing for days after the facial and definitely loved the texture of my skin. I also fell asleep during the facial, it was extremely relaxing. Thank you so much for the great service and team. I highly recommend Ouronyx.

Love Dr Marco’s approach; never pushing for treatment only explaining and advising when asked. Moreover he prefers the more natural options and advises to get the best natural results. Never have I been asked if I had anything done, only hear I look fresh after results of a treatment start to show. The team around him are all lovely and make sure the experience is enjoyable !
