I am truly baffled that this place has such a high rating. I went for my massage 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork etc, but Wendy was 30 minutes late getting to me, but stuff happens so I let it go. She gave me my paperwork and said 'usually we do this together but just fill this out'. I booked a 75 minute massage- now 45 mins, I told her I still had to go at my scheduled out time and she gave me attitude. Just wild. She forgot to turn the lights down and turn on the music until about 10 minutes before my massage was over. It felt like a cafeteria room. When I asked for more pressure, she didn't apply more. I've been for many massages and never experienced anything like this. I felt rushed, undervalued and like an inconvenience. I left with no relief to my pain. The only plus side was they have a beautiful clinic dog who was very sweet.

It’s really a treat every time I go. My appointments are always taken in on time, the therapist is very professional, not only they know what they are doing, but also show genuine interest in clients overall wellness, sharing and recommending stretching exercises, postures. Highly recommended!
