We recently worked with VWC on our windows, gutters and solar panels. The crew were uber professional, our windows are spotless, and gutters and panels are in tip top shape. We would definitely recommend their services. I had originally found their business through a Google search and through the quoting process they were the most professional in their communication of the three companies I spoke to. In terms of cost I think they offered excellent value.

Our small strata contracted Victoria Window Cleaning to wash the inaccessible (to residents) exterior windows. After a site visit, we provided a through scope of our expectations, and the work we wanted to be performed. After the visit, we were provided a quote, and instructions to prune back a number of trees and bushes to allow to work to be conducted. As the season for pruning had passed, we shelved the task until the following spring, and the owner agreed to honour the quote. The spring of 2022 was unseasonably wetter than usual, so we had the trees and shrubs pruned as per the written instructions we were given,maybe it a tad later than we had anticipated. Following the pruning,we provided pictures and an invitation to Victoria Window Cleaning to review the site prior to the commencement of their work. We did not receive a response. The day of the scheduled work arrived, and a lone worker arrived. We had notified our residents many times, however a few of them failed to remove their exterior screens. We accept these windows could not be washed. I, personally, had cleaned the inside of my windows in order to properly review their completed job. 7 of our 10 residents were unhappy with the condition of the windows, and notified the strata in writing. The windows were smeared in many places, and one of mine was not cleaned at all. The tops of the bay windows were untouched, and there was a dispute over the inclusion of this task in our original instructions, and subsequent quote. We contacted Raj, who met our representative on site to review the job. After some back and forth, the company stated the “windows had been cleaned”, and the terms of the contract were fulfilled. Our strata is small, with minimal funds, and we had gone to some expense to accommodate this company’s quote. We went out of way to ensure there was clear communication with Victoria Window Cleaning, and not sure what more we could have done to ensure we had our expectations fulfilled. We were very unhappy with the service performed, and do not recommend using this company.

i want to say i was so pleased with my window washer. Her name is Nickola. She was very friendly and did an awesome job. For a small girl, she carried the ladders up and down easily. It is a tricky house because there are 8 skylights plus all the windows. Also a greenhouse roof! She worked through it all smiling. i would recommend her to anyone. Madeleine Webb.
