I'm generally satisfied with NMC medical centre Satwa's services. The hospital is clean and well-maintained. However, waiting times are quite long. Even when there aren't many patients, the wait is lengthy. I'm not sure what's causing the delay. Perhaps streamlining processes could help. I'd appreciate more transparency on wait times. Staff seem friendly and competent. Thanks to DR. Afrah Abdurahiman . She is so humble nd sweet . Overall, the quality of care is good. Hope they address the waiting time issue soon.

I had my prenatal checkups at NMC with Ms. Vanitha Soma and my experience was excellent. The staff was courteous, punctual, and the clinic was clean and well maintained. My doctor took time to listen, explain all tests and scans, and answered all my questions patiently. I felt very comfortable and confident throughout the pregnancy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a caring obstetrician / gynecologist.
