Kunal and team patiently heard our views on minimalistic decor and made our dream house a reality. Special thanks to Mirza for the wonderful kitchen. Worst company for Interior Design....We engaged with Civil Lane (Architect Name: Mr. Hardik) to complete the Interior design of our house, however on receiving the part-payment (~17K) his attitude changed completely. He shared incomplete designs without taking into account basic design aspects such as doors and windows, left out half of the floor and started pushing us to pay the remaining amount. None of the 3D designs, renderings, which were included in the contract were shared. On our insistence to complete the work, the attitude of Mr Hardik and his team Sagar et al, changed completely and they stopped receiving our phone calls, responding to messages etc. despite multiple follow-ups. Hence, we are left with no option but to reach out to Government of India Public Grievance Redressal forum. Below complaint has been lodged with the Department of Administrative and Public Reforms and redressal is under progress. Do not go ahead with Civil Lane for interior design of your house and getting cheated off your hard earned money and savings.

I got to know about CivilLane from searching online and their YouTube videos. We contacted them for the home interiors design and Civil work. The team was super responsive and send us the 3d design of the flat for an unbelievably low price. We had a poor experience with another Interior design firm so this was a pleasant surprise. A special mention to Ms Ganga who designed the apartment so beautifully and took care of all the details, her choice of interior design was amazing. Hardik ji was hands on with the Civil work and made sure the project was completed on time and with great quality. The total project cost was very reasonable as compared to the quotes we received from others. I will highly recommend CivilLane for home interior and design and Civil work for those seek to work with the best in this industry. Thanks team CivilLane! Great job.
