Customer experiences
When we went to play the chess tournament, we visited this place for evening snacks. It has plenty of small shops and a wide variety of food options to suit all tastes. The masala puri was not up to the mark, but the floating pani puri was decent. There are many Chinese-style snacks like gobi, fried rice, and noodles. Some were good, while others were a bit disappointing. One thing that won’t disappoint is the Habe Vada with gasagase haalu. A local delicacy from Tumkur, the gasagase haalu was served hot and tasted great, pairing perfectly with the crispy Habe Vada. Though the prices felt slightly high for the location, it’s definitely worth a try if you're in town.
Nice place to have chat snacks, but cost is too high around 80₹for regular medium size sandwich, that's too high it should be around 50₹ is okay, and also few begger type people are accumulated making the environment bad, why because they give pen for around 10₹ to 15₹ which costs around 5₹ and they insists on to buy this and they beg and beg so we have to give either money or give or buy pens even though we don't want, and few childrens also asking for 💰 money if not given they will ask food, if given then Their children will come again and ask to buy pens again. Whenever we start eating, they will come and stare at you and ask food and money. They will ask food with other person also after we gave. And this has become like a emotional blackmail. And stall person also charging tooo much as though we are right and born with silver spoon in our mouth.
You will get all kinds of chats here like Masala puri, sev puri, bhel puri, Habe vade, Dose, Idli, Palav , biriyani, fish fry, pizza, sandwich, ice cream. A right place to have snacks with friends in Tumkur. Floating pani puri is a must try.
I went to March Time...a good budget friendly street food zone...I think we can get everything from tiffin to chicken, mutton, fish here, delicious and fast on our budget.
