I had a PR case with this firm, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. They did not follow up on my file, and I constantly had to email them just to remind them to check whether new immigration policies applied to my situation or if I was eligible. At one point, I became extremely stressed because I did not know the law, and they were not proactive at all in guiding or updating me. Despite paying a significant amount of money, I felt ignored and unsupported throughout my immigration process. Eventually, I decided that enough was enough and stopped working with them. I hired another lawyer and successfully obtained my PR through that lawyer instead.
