We bought roughly several thousands of furnitures from Paramount furniture store in Brampton. We were initially only went to check the store for sofa and met salesperson Chanpreet there. He was very friendly and convinced us to purchase many items for our house. We were worried whether we will get items on time and whether they will be good or not. Items were delivered and dresser mirror had issue (there was damage we saw after they moved up and set up whole dresser mirror). I brought issue to Champreet’s attention and made arrangement to delivery another new item. These two guys, Sharn and Maninser came to deliver new replacement and saw the issue. They were smart enough to understand issue and fixed my existing dresser mirror and added extra screws as to secure. We offered them that they can go inside with shoes but they were took shoes off and did fantastic job. Thank you Sharn and Maninder. I have to mention about owner Narender Singh, when I brought up my issue with Chanpreet, he brought to Natender Singh’s attention, he stepped in and called me to ensure my problems solved smoothly and timely. We were very nervous after we saw issue with dresser why we went with Paramount furniture, not with big furniture stores but I have say that Narender Singh and his teams are absolutely amazing. Definitely, trusted store to purchase furniture items.

great service,had some issues but handled well by owner and staff. Owner is nice and genuinely listened to our concerns. Delivery staff was nice and well behaving. Thank you Lakha and deep bhaji. I do not know the name of previous delivery guys they were nice as well.

Ali Baba!!! Whatever they show & say in reels is not the reality they serving in store. I bought a Bedroom set with Mattress. I will share my experience with you- I hadn’t seen their reels at that time I went to their store for shopping. I bought the bedrrom set with mattress that I liked and when the product is delivered the mattress I got is not the one I selected they delivered me very Firm mattress that it is very hard to sleep on over it and when I called them they was like “Sorry you opened the mattress, now you can’t return it” Now I am using a mattress topper on it for the time. Secondly after few days when I get to know that Ali Baba is very active on Social media reels I checked his reels and they posted one reel of the same bedroom set I sbought and was at very low price than I had paid. I will never go there again.

Very unhappy , not helping furniture shop..Please do NOT shop with Paramount, they will not revert back to your issue after your purchase. We bought a bed $3500 from Paramount in August 2024. The bed was good for 2 months and eventually started showing cracks. We thought it's one or 2 and did not complain. But in 3-4 months, cracks which were covered by paint started showing up. We complained to manager Bhawanpreet who was nice and said we will further look. He left Paramount but forwarded our complain. We sent pictures, technician did not visit to see bed because he saw pictures on WATSAPP and said wood quality was bad, this could not be fixed. Ask Paramount to reimburse or replace bed. We have complained to Paramount so many times and our bed is in warranty period still it is not taken care of. VERY IMPROFRSSIONAL STORE. Being a comman human being your complains are not heard...please avoid this store...
