Villa Inn & Suites, SureStay Collection by Best Western

Passing thru on our way back home and because of snow and ice we stayed the night. When we checked in the parking lot was completely empty other than 2 cars. We were towing a small 10' travel trailer. We explained to the front desk clerk that I had a broken ankle and also had a handicap plaque for my vehicle. We didnt want to be to far from the door for these reasons but also it was snowing and the parkimg lot was icy. The lady at the desk advised us that we had to park on the other side of the barriers and recommended we block in a transport truck, and when we questioned it the response was, "thats his problem". We asked if we could stay up against the building where we were and she told us no we were to park across the way where the NO PARKING signs were. So trekking across the parking lot twice is what we had to do with a busted ankle thru the ice and snow. Next morning, discovered there is no coffee maker in our room, only a main one down in the breakfast room. The disgusting black particles that came out of the spout along with coffee grounds when I poured a coffee, I couldnt do it, I poured it down the sink. The bacon was borderline raw. Also worth noting, there were no dairy alternatives for coffee or cereal. We grabbed breakfast up the street when we left. This hotel was a lot of money for the poor service and lack of breakfast. Not handicap friendly by any means, and definitely not a place to stop if you have a trailer in tow. I expected better from a Best Western chain

It is a beautiful hotel!! Very clean, modern and elegant. The rooms were fantastic, three breakfast was splendid. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The management team is second to none. Great location, with plenty of parking! Definitely will be going again, and recommend anyone passing through our looking to stay in the area, to stay here!

What a surprise to find such a lovely hotel at the end of a long drive. Carole was most welcoming when we checked in to our immaculate room. I’ve only ever experienced this level of cleanliness in one other hotel in all of our travels. The beds were a work of art and one must have taken pride to have made up such a beautiful room. Every detail was looked after. Even the walls were spotless and the Super comfortable bed and pillows made for a wonderful nights sleep.. It’s apparent that this is a popular place to stay as it appeared full. We stayed in room 101 and parked outside of our window. We made sure to thank the lady that made up our room when we left. If only all hotels had this high standard! Thanks to all the staff.
