I had to call them on an emergency friday September 26th for my cat Lily, they got us in, and sadly my dear cat was in bad shape. On the 27th, I had to put her to sleep. My husband and I were the only ones there, along with the amazing and compassionate team. They handled our girl with such love, it was as if she was their own. Today, October 3rd, her remains were returned to me. Inside the bag with her remains, was the certificate from Gateway, and then a card, signed from the staff. But the most beautiful part that they did, along with the heartfelt card, was they added my girls paw prints. A truly wonderful experience with the Fruitland team, even if it was for such a heartbreaking reason. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts, you made a hard time bareable and we will never forget it ❤️
Our dog needed a booster for the Lepto vaccine. The appointment took 5 minutes and we were changed ANOTHER consultation/examination fee for the Booster appointment. We had already paid the examination fee at the first appointment 4 weeks ago. Our other pet needed the same booster at another veterinary clinic and they did not charge us a consultation fee to get the booster vaccine. Receipt provided for your reference.
I had to go to this vet because they specialize in exotic animals… and put my bunny down. The male vet tech really made the experience stressful for me. From the phone call, to them catheterizing my bunny because they just assumed I wanted to be in the room while she is put down… dont assume. My last goodbye of her was her eyes bulging and her breathing heavy because of their assumption. No lack of consideration.
