I had been scheduled to go have a lot of work done. If I remember right it was close to 5 to 6 thousand dollars worth of work. I first saw the assistants and staff, seemed nice enough. You could tell they built a get to know your patient routine into their care. However, once the Dentist made his recommendations, it was off to a car sales type of experience. You're dentist didn't figure out the best care for you, the sales person pressures you into a package. I scheduled my surgery for my wisdom teeth and you canals, but due to a home emergency where I had to replace a water heater I was going to have to split my visits into 2. But instead of trying to work with me, they cancelled my appointment without notice to me or even trying to talk to me. Basically if they couldn't get my 6000 cash in one shot up front, they didn't even care. Obviously didn't take my health into consideration. THANK GOD they provided such poor service as last week I used another dentist that actually treated me like a person. I won't advertise here who, but let's just say I love my Southern smile now. And I paid about 2 thousand less! And my dentist was with me the entire process! No high pressure sales. This place is about the $$ not the person.
