Absolutely awful experience with the building operator, Raymond Prentis. I was approached and asked for the reason for my visit while just trying to visit a business on the property. Even after I explained the reason I was confronted with rude insulting behaviour. His behaviour was completely unacceptable, borderline harassment, and no one should have to deal with someone acting like this.Totally unprofessional and not how any guest should be treated.

It’s a really nice mall for a small city like Vernon, it has some good stores, but I would love it if they have a Tim Horton’s and could add more stores to it would love to visit it everyday then
