Village Greens is great and Prestwich are lucky to have it. I will always go out of my way to pick up coffee, cleaning products, veg, etc from here - the quality is unbeatable and the team are lovely. Love that they stock a range of coffee from local roasters which is recently roasted with roast dates on the packaging, so super fresh! A big fan of the zero-waste gravity dispensers for grains/dry goods too - means I can get exactly the amount I need and reduce both waste and a cluttered cupboard. I really hope this place is able to stay afloat amongst all the changes happening in Prestwich - this will only happen with the support of the community so please take the time to visit!

Amazing shop, the staff are all so friendly and recognise the familiar faces of their customers, the shop has an amazing atmosphere the fruit and veg are always so fresh and deliciously organic. I highly recommend this shop even if you are just after a little treat, their coffees and hot drink are amazing, they have real sourdough 7 days a week. i recommend going on a Thursday of all days as the deli is bursting with treats, their veg is fresh that day and they have a fresh delivery of coffee beans

Nice little grocer, they sell the usual and unusual. Pulses, Pasta, Oats, Rice loose just select and fill a bag. Also tinned stuff, Gluten free. Dried fruit, coffee, Bread. Lovely place

I really like coming here for good quality organic food, tasty and cheap coffee, and staff are always smiling and helpful. It feels like a real cornerstone of the 'Prestwich charm' and a genuine, no-nonsense co-op.
