Another place a nice stroll nostalgic as a home down feeling great food lots of people who like to party!

Seems like perhaps an area in decline. Several empty shops and restaurants showing for sale/lease signs. What's there seems nice, but not worth going out of the way for. Ample free parking, though, and easy access to a riverfront trail. Historical firehouse at the top of the hill, and a nice coffee shop that's an easy walk away.

Bollens

Very small, just a couple blocks. Worth wandering around once if you're in the area. There's a couple restaurants and shops.
