Excellent, friendly, honest service. We were having some construction done on site and had a weather-related power interruption on the same day. After the power was restored, our AC would not restart despite checking circuit breakers, control board fuse, etc. So, it wasn't clear if it was weather related or construction related. Jose S. arrived on-time and was able to diagnose the issue and resolve it simply. While here, he checked our system performance and since I had filters on hand, he changed them out as well. No up-selling pressure. Service call fee was waived since we have the annual plan. We are delighted!

First time customer, referred by a friend and extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Problem: Wet spot on first floor ceiling, source unknown. This company earned 5 stars for multiple reasons: the ease of making an appointment based on my availability, prompt and consistent communication. Questions were asked to assess the situation to ensure the correct specialist was sent out. On the day of service the dispatch office called to let us know the morning of service who would be coming to the house. An email was sent with a picture of the person and some background information about them. Mr. Robert Zepeda was the assigned plumbing technician. He called prior to arrival and arrived within the estimated time frame. He was courteous, personable, professional, respectful and ready to work. Mr. Robert was extremely diligent and didn't rush through the appointment. He provided a detailed analysis of our situation as well as options with up front pricing. Ultimately a cut was made into the ceiling, the leak was found and Mr. Robert repaired it immediately. Overall my husband and I are beyond pleased and would use Village Plumbing, Air & Electric again. Ask for Robert Zepeda if you're having a plumbing issue, he's great and deserves more than 5 stars.
