We were looking for a home in the hot Franklin real estate market, the market was very crazy when we started looking for a house. Our agent Stacey was very knowledgeable of the current market trend, listened to our requirements and was very helpful throughout the purchase process. She knew exactly what to do right from the contract signing, lot selection, start order appointment, pre drywall inspection, blue tape review, till closing. She even went as far as helping us with design suggestions, find a home inspector with lot of experience, negotiated with builder and seller agent when needed and visited our property on regular intervals to inspect while the construction was going on. She was very helpful, trustworthy and straight forward with us and it was such a pleasure working with her and she made the entire house purchase a smooth process. She genuinely cared to get to know our needs and wants and she accommodated our requests when purchasing a home. She set up our appointments with builder, design center, inspector and showed up on time to meetings to help us, she was one step ahead of us in setting up appointments and following up items. She would respond quickly if we sent a message / emailed / called her. She is a professional in every aspect of the real estate business and we had a top-notch customer service. She helped us secure a deal under budget, under listing, under appraisal and helped us through the home buying process.
