Josh BrownOrdered mattress 2 weeks ago, bearing in mind I paid fully up front. Rung in for update after a week. Mark said he would deliver it on Saturday but didn’t get a call or anything then rung him again. Said I would get it the week after so tried to ring, didn’t answer. Messaged him, no answer so went in he said I could collect it. I couldn’t be bothered waiting for delivery since I couldn’t get a date for it so picked it up with a mate. Got given the wrong mattress then rung him again then messed me about more. Didn’t got a call back or anything so had no choice but to go in with my dad and he then soon delivers within the hour didn’t take me seriously because of my age (19) worst experience of buying something. Wish I could give zero stars.

Kerry MoorcroftBuy from Mark at your peril! Ordered a footstool to go with a sofa i had bought from the shopfloor. Delivery was promised 3 weeks at most. Mark did not keep me updated & when i contacted him it was lie after lie 2.5 months later and his customer service declined even further when he stopped answering or getting back to me at all. The issue was only resolved by a face to face visit when he took us downstairs to the warehouse area & proceeded to rum around like a headless chicken assuring us that it was there somewhere. It transpired later the same day that the item had never even been ordered!!! Refund obtained and a beautiful footstool ordered from amazon from a delightful seller. I would not recommend buying from Vine & Mark at all. A lying salesman only interested at the point of taking your money

I contacted customer service immediately, but they have been completely unhelpful and unprofessional. Despite multiple follow-ups, no one has come to fix it or offered a solution. I deeply regret buying from this company and would not recommend it to anyone.
