I’ve been coming to Vio med Spa for about 6 months now and I LOVE it. Gianella (Gia) is amazing at what she does. I love how honest, thorough and genuine she is. She does not push product on me. She explains what my skin needs, asks me what I currently have/or use and actually has talked me out of unnecessary buying. The treatments she provides, not only have immediate, but also long lasting results. Outside of Gia, the entire front desk team is amazing. They are all so sweet, remember who you are when you come in, and their service is unmatched. I’ve met the owner a couple of times as well and he is also so great, appreciative, and genuinely knows his shit.

Betsy is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind, down to earth, and easy to trust. Her approach is thoughtful and precise, and she delivered exactly what I asked for with beautiful, strong results done safely. I absolutely love my results. I also want to give special recognition to Drew and Chelsea. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly welcoming, helping create a calm and positive experience from start to finish. Amazing place and amazing service! Gia was wonderful and a pleasure to work with. She started off with a skin analysis which showed all my trouble spots and skin age. From this, she was able to guide me to understand what treatments would work for my skin conditions and goals. I decided on the chemical peel. Gia made sure that my post care kit has everything I needed to make sure I could take care of my skin. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about helping people look their best. I can't wait for the next steps. Natalie was a great help as well and I had a great time talking with her and seeing her pictures of her chemical peel and the results.
