I’ve been coming to Vio med Spa for about 6 months now and I LOVE it. Gianella (Gia) is amazing at what she does. I love how honest, thorough and genuine she is. She does not push product on me. She explains what my skin needs, asks me what I currently have/or use and actually has talked me out of unnecessary buying. The treatments she provides, not only have immediate, but also long lasting results. Outside of Gia, the entire front desk team is amazing. They are all so sweet, remember who you are when you come in, and their service is unmatched. I’ve met the owner a couple of times as well and he is also so great, appreciative, and genuinely knows his shit.

Betsy is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also genuinely kind, down to earth, and easy to trust. She took the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. Her approach is thoughtful and precise, and she delivered exactly what I asked for with beautiful, strong results done safely. I absolutely love my results. I also want to give special recognition to Drew and Chelsea. They were warm, attentive, and incredibly welcoming, helping create a calm and positive experience from start to finish. Their kindness and professionalism truly stood out. I only wish my very first experience had been here. VIO Med Spa Clifton is truly exceptional, and I couldn’t recommend them more.
