I've been going to Village Auto since I moved into the neighbourhood about 5 years ago. I've always found that Mike and his team have done a great job and have been honest with me about priorities and the work that needs to be done on my 10-year-old car. But when my car was in the shop this week, I felt that Mike went the extra mile. After having my brakes serviced in the spring, when Mike called to say that they needed to be replaced now, he offered to waive some of the labour time, as he had realized that he should have warned me that the brakes would need to be replaced rather than just serviced a few months back. It's this type of integrity that will keep me loyal. Thanks for the excellent care, Mike and the entire Village Auto team!

We have entrusted our cars to Mike and staff’s care for many years now. He is honest and clear about the ongoing care of our vehicles and takes a “let’s try this first” approach. Any time I have stopped in to ask a question, Mike or his amazing team immediately responds and I feel very reassured about the ongoing maintenance of our “fleet”. He is honest, very hard working and builds wonderful relations with his clients. So nice to have him on our team. 😊

If you need regular maintenance or work done on your vehicle, Village Auto is the place to go. Mike is amazing to work with. He is upfront on the work and explains everything, but most importantly he is honest. We trust when he says something needs replacing or fixing. He gives you a heads up that “x” will need a service in six months, or your tires have one more season on them, etc. It makes it easier to just say yes to the work, knowing it’s only being done if Mike would do it on his own car.
