The true hero of our project was JR, our project manager. Managing a full-home renovation with complex scheduling is no small task, yet JR handled it flawlessly. He ensured we stayed on schedule, coordinated the best tradesmen for each job, and maintained an unwavering commitment to quality. His keen eye for detail and perfectionist approach meant that even the smallest imperfections were addressed before we even noticed them. JM Froehler has completely transformed our home, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Really fantastic experience with Froehler throughout our entire remodel/add on process. Matt made himself immediately available when I first reached out and provided a detailed quote not a generalized range - and stuck to that number all the way to completion of the project. Matt, Mike, our site manager JR and everybody at Froehler were super communicative and I was able to be highly engaged and involved. They even beat our schedule by a couple of weeks and got us back in the house before Christmas. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Good day Tidewater! I added 1100 square feet. The execution of Froehler Construction (FC) was seamless. I live in an historic home and my goal was to be able to look at my home and not see an addition, rather it looks as if the new construction was always there. !!FROEHLER CONSTRUCTION NAILED IT!! All historical trim work and tie ins to original construction exceed my expectations. FC wants you to succeed, and they will work to that end on your behalf. Customer Service: I have spent the last 20 years working for a Fortune 100 organization and the stakes were high. I was thoroughly impressed to see a local company meet many of the expectations that we have spent billions on expecting from our employees. The saying goes if you want the customer to love the product, then the employee needs to love the company. Froehler group is a family. Matt, Mike, JR were (always available). When they weren’t able to answer the phone, they sent out a courtesy text letting me know they were on the other line and call backs were prompt. Efficiency: They are a train and once that train moves it doesn’t slow down. This means you can expect 9.9 out of 10 obligations and deadlines met. Cost: I feel old. Remember when gas was under one dollar. I takes a bit of coin to move stone these days. However, I did my research and I found FC was cost effective compared to its competitors.
