After inheriting a hot tub from the previous owners of our house, Carl helped fix the broken spa heater in no time. Months later, when we had a separate issue with our filter housing, instead of charging us a service visit (which we would have happily paid) Carl helped walk me through an easy DIY fix over the phone, free of charge. Can’t say enough great things about how he does business. He definitely has a customer for life!
