Sabrina DsBonjour, ce matin je me suis rendue dans cet institut qui a ouvert en juillet 2021. Une amie m'avait offert un soin du visage. Tout d'abord le lieu est cosy, propre et lumineux. Victoria l'esthéticienne était très agréable, délicate et soucieuse de l'ambiance afin de créer une bulle de bien être. J'ai souvent fait des soins du visage mais celui-ci était vraiment bien, d'ailleurs je reprendrai rdv. Merci pour ce moment de bonheur.
LSD Blackshot globalInstitut pas très professionnel, RDV pris pour le 29 décembre 2023 à 11h15 avec un règlement fais en avance la veille, viens le jour du RDV, nous nous présentons à 10h50 et attendons jusqu'à 11h30 mais personne n'est présent, l'institut est fermé et aucun mot sur la devanture pour expliquer la raison de la fermeture. Nous avons essayé de joindre Mme Palencia 4 fois et elle est injoignable et bien évidemment le répondeur ne prend pas de message... Nous sommes aujourd'hui le 30 décembre et l'institut reste injoignable après plus de 10 appels afin d'avoir une explication sur la fermeture le jour de notre rdv et afin de me faire rembourser l’acompte payé par CB sur Planity la veille.
