I was called for an interview by the company, but later, the HR said that they had not called me for an interview. They made me sit from 10 AM to 5 PM for the interview. My interview was supposed to be for a support role, but they conducted a testing interview instead and failed me. My interview was not supposed to be for testing, and I was not prepared for it, yet they still conducted the interview and failed me. The HR’s behavior was not good; she spoke very rudely. The interview lasted for two hours, but they had already decided to fail me. It seems like they just call candidates for interviews as a timepass.

I must say it has been an incredible journey. From the Moment I joined The Hardware & Network Team, I was welcomed with open arms and a sense of belonging that is rare to find in the corporate world. Team performance is very good and management is so cooperative. My total experience in IT field is about 22 year where in this company I have completed 19 years. There are so many happy customer and employees which in touch with this VGIL company. supportive environment, diverse perspectives, and meaningful projects make it an inspiring workplace.
