Always smiling and super welcoming staff. The owner helped me double check everything before shipping my package, and I also printed a few documents while I was there. Additionally, I had a few passport photos taken for a very cheap price, and he let me retake them quite a few times until they came out perfect. Very reasonable compared to other businesses that offer this service. Due to the great service, I went back later to order business cards and posters for my new business, and the quality was amazing. The team at this UPS Store always goes above and beyond. Whether it’s shipping, printing, or help with packaging, the owner and management are incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. They genuinely care about their customers and make sure everything is done right the first time. I’ve noticed a lot of negative reviews here, but honestly, most of those seem to misunderstand how UPS works. Once a package leaves the store, it’s out of their hands — it’s in UPS’s shipping network, not the store’s control. Blaming this location for carrier delays or damage just isn’t fair. Grow up and do some research rather than pointing fingers. And about the people complaining for supplies — come on. Stop being so CHEAP and entitled to everything for free of charge…especially in this economy. You’d pay extra for sauce at a restaurant, wouldn’t you? This is no different. It’s a business, and if you need tape, paper, or computer time, of course there’s a small charge. You’re welcome to bring your own supplies, but the CONVENIENCE and service they offer here are worth every penny. This store deserves way more appreciation. Huge shoutout to the owner, Samad, and management for setting such a high standard. Truly one of the best UPS Stores I’ve ever been to!

Beyond disappointed in the level of customer service received from Mr Abdul and his team. Mr Abdul’s team took my payment and gave me tracking info for a gift that was to be sent to USA Michigan in four days. After 35 days of tracking, phoning and attempting to get information and answers on delivery, UPS finally confirmed that Mr Abdul’s UPS store had not completed the proper paperwork to go along with the package for customs. My package was returned to me damaged in a filthy mess. I asked Mr Abdul for a refund and he very rudely told me absolutely not and that I should call UPS because it’s their problem. I have shipped many orders through this store in the past and always thought the service to be friendly and good. Mr Abdul’s total lack of customer service says it all. Customer service is great when all is good, but how one handles situation in times of trouble speak volumes. Be ware he will blame it on Trump and the US, take your money and who knows when your package will arrive. Laura
