I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for about upwards of 15 years now, and I’ve always appreciated and loved the pharmacists for how kind and understanding they are. There has recently been some new staff hired; however, they’re not the greatest. I’ve have 2 interactions with the newer pharmacist and both of them were completely awful. Not only is she quite rude and unfriendly, but there is a huge lack of empathy and understanding. I’m hoping that this feedback can be used constructively noting that this pharmacy has by far the best customer service in Brampton with the exception of one team member.
