Deandra FletcherThis practice has made the process of transitioning care a complete disaster. The next available appointments are over a year out. This is unethical to the patients who are left in limbo without a provider and pending prescriptions. The staff has been less than accommodating. There was no contingency plan for patients whose provider left the practice. They will charge you for missed appointments but will not answer when attempting to reschedule.
Cookie JordanMy experience with Dr. Holmes has been less than desirable. I found him to be a physician. who is not engaging with his patients and I felt that he was extremely unprofessional. I'm very disappointed with how I was treated and do not wish to be one of his patients. I would like to be seen by another physician in this practice , or I may go to another practice altogether. NickFive stars, but there’s room for improvement: 1. Walk-ins (same-day sick visits) are not available, despite being mentioned on the website. It’s best to call ahead before visiting. 2. There is no follow-up communication or explanation of wellness exam results. Patients are expected to review their results online, but the doctor doesn’t provide any notes or suggestions on the lab results. The next interaction is typically at the following year’s annual exam.
CenI am so disappointed in this office and tried to give it multiple chances, but they fail to deliver each time. It started out with Dr. Goode calling me fat every year I get a physical. I talk to my friends about this and their other doctors never bring up weight unless they bring it up first. I don’t even think I’m fat, I just lift heavy and muscle weighs more than body fat, but they don’t measure correctly and only look at the number on the scale. On top of that, you can never do a walk in. This place loses the purpose of being a “primary” health group if I can’t even come in when I get sick randomly. I’m sorry let me reschedule my sickness two weeks later so I can come in. Edit 12/20: I called back in November to see if I can come in if someone cancelled their appt, the young man that answered never gave me a call back. Instead of making an appointment for me, I have to call again to make that appointment. It’s a shame they don’t follow up on those calls. The lady that answered this time tried to make my appt a tele visit. But I wanted to come in person. She just assumed I wanted a tele visit and didn’t ask me at all.
