Ella ThorneWay too expensive. I wanted to treat myself for christmas, and I wanted to go blonde (I have brown hair naturally). I already have highlights but I wanted to be full blonde. I stayed there for 5-6 hours ish which is fine, but I looked basically exactly the same after. I spent $450 and 5 hours of my time to look exactly the same, it was a year ago now but it still hurts to talk about. Mind you I have curly and frizzy hair, I asked her to straighten then curl, and it was still frizzy by the end. I wont say the name of the girl because she was really nice, but I wasted my money. I also hate when they color your roots back brown?? Why do they do that it just makes you look less blonde. Anyways bad experience and totally overpriced I will never be back. *note the after picture was a week after and restyled myself
Adrienne LarocheI was there Sept 2025. Janique did my hair and I'm completely devastated. I asked for a lot of layers shorter in the front to longer in the back. What I got was a couple of layers at the bottom 2 inches of my hair and still long in the front. I told her when she was finished that it was NO! She did not offer to fix it or help me. The salon took the exorbitant amount of money for a hair cut I was completely unhappy with. When I asked if I could come back to attempt a reshape they refused. I thought if I paid more I'd get what I asked for. I would not recommend this place to anyone, EVER.

As a woman with curly hair, it is very challenging to find a stylist who knows curls…and let me tell you that Janique was AMAZING! Her awesome personality compliments her raw talent and knowledge about all things curls. I am still in shock by the state of my hair. I absolutely adore the cut she gave me, and I trust her wholeheartedly. I am now a loyal customer!
