I had booked with another salon and had waited SIX weeks for my appointment. They canceled the morning of my appointment, and offered no new dates, aside from putting me on their wait list. ☹️ To my luck, when I posted on ask NS Facebook group about people who do a great job with curly hair, I was recommended your salon, Lia in particular. I called and was accommodated right away! Colour: good but my hair is fried I showed a couple of pictures of cut and foils colour... I wanted a shaggy cut with bangs. My full foils of blonde are superbe (I like fine highlights), my hair is fried though. The highlights sat in for over an hour in parts. Cut: bad I wasn't so sure about the back of my cut after I left, and after a few weeks, I have to share that the cut is terrible in the back. The top was cut too short and I have a "layer gap." It's bad - does not sit right). Curly hair is tough to do. I was overcharged by $30 ($20 for the highlights and $10 for the cut). I called, and they refunded me the over-charged. Check the prices when you pay. The salon is nice and bright, and the team is super nice. Thank you for taking me in on short notice & doing a great job!
