I've used Vital-Pak Courier services more than once, and they have always gone out of their way to be accommodating. I needed medicine picked up from my doctor's office and delivered to my house during the pandemic. My doctor's office has not been operating at full capacity during this time and they insisted on knowing exactly when the courier would arrive because of locked doors. Vital-Pak was very accommodating and told me the exact time they would arrive. In my experience, the best that other courier services will do is give you a 2-hour window of when they will arrive, and charge you more for it. Whereas Vital-Pak gives you better service at truly unbeatable prices. I also feel that their customer service is outstanding. It is always a pleasure dealing with them - very friendly!

I saw on Vital Pak's website that they do elderly errands. I had a family emergency occur, where I had to get some items for a relative picked up from an elderly family member and delivered to a nursing home. I live out of state and had no reasonable way to do this task. I contacted Vital-Pak to ask if they could help me, and Margaret was able to help me right away. Literally, she had picked up and dropped off the items needed within an hour of my call. She was patient, responsive, helpful, and a lifesaver to me at the time. The fees were very reasonable for the requested service. I can't say enough good things about my experience with them as a courier service.

We worked with Vital-Pak for many years, and they really used to be excellent at expediting orders. As they grew it became increasingly hard to reach management, and they continually billed us months late for services, and at times almost a year late. They usually padded the bills with additional charges and added extra fees at the end of the year, which were well outside our agreement. Owner Matthew Schuten was offensive in both email and phone conversations, always acting like we were doing something wrong. He was agressive, and ranted during nearly every business conversation. In the end, this was a failed fulfillment service, and we left there feeling this leadership team was out to get our money and didn't care to address the scanning errors, inventory problems or the billing issues, and did not really value our business. If you need more than a quick courier, go elsewhere.

My sister and I were in the area from out of town during the coldest week of the year when my sister became sick with the flu. Vital-Pak picked up prescriptions and other essentials for us in no time. Margaret and Daniel were overly accommodating, literally life savers. We can not thank them enough.
