The Viva Health Pharmacy is absolutely wonderful. The staff are always friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. Every time I’ve been there, they’ve taken the time to explain things clearly and kindly, and you can really feel that they care about their customers. Their professional yet kind approach makes every visit pleasant. It’s so comforting to have a pharmacy like this where you feel supported and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

I recently filled two prescriptions at Viva Pharmacy on the same day. To my surprise, they charged me twice the dispensing fee — one fee for each prescription — even though both were picked up together. They charged me $12.99 per prescription. That feels unreasonably high, especially when you compare with other pharmacies: Costco pharmacies in Ontario reportedly charge as low as $4.49 dispensing fee per prescription. In many areas, Shoppers (Shoppers Drug Mart) typically charges around $11.99 for dispensing. So I was expecting that getting two meds at once would cost a single dispensing fee — but Viva charged me twice. I hope Viva Pharmacy reviews its pricing and billing practices — especially for customers who pick up multiple medications in one trip
