Bryan Randall, Sr.Super experience! Starting with their sales rep Kevin, scheduling department, and their installation crew of Josh & Tripp (J&T). We've been looking to have a simple remodel of our aged basement bathroom since we moved in, but decided to concentrate on our other bathrooms. Well, it got to the point where we needed it fixed ASAP. We received about four estimates and West Shore Home Richmond were the only guys who could get the work completed within a month (as opposed to three to four months). From the time of Kevin's initial consultation to us seeing J&T's smiling faces at our door was less than three weeks. J&T completed the job and cleaned up like they were never there. Highly recommend West Shore Home Richmond especially if you need the job done quickly. They weren't the cheapest but you know the old saying: "You get what you pay for." Thanks again guys!
