It was the best decision I ever made to work with Duane Draughon & VizX Design Studios. I met Duane when I was newly diagnosed with cancer. I wanted to transform my back yard into a tranquil space I could use to recover in. He sat & listened to my needs to completely understand and then offered suggestions of his own. He guided me through the process so I knew everything that was going on and what the expectations were. His contractors were beyond fabulous. Kind, considerate, on time, hard working & meticulous. I couldn’t believe how fast the project was completed. Duane stopped in during the installation to make sure everything was going as expected & to see how I was doing. He was concerned about the project but also about me as a person as well. I not only got a spectacular backyard, I got a friend out of this as well. I can’t recommend Duane & his contractors enough.
