He went above and beyond to address our building's rodent issue, looking for, finding and filling ever nook and cranny in my apartment that a mouse could even consider accessing. This company is exceptional! More than 5 stars. I had a raccoon issue in my backyard in Brooklyn. I purchased a trap from them and they told me exactly what to do. Within a couple days the raccoon was captured. They came early in the morning, removed the trapped raccoon, and disinfected my backyard! I definitely recommend them! Courteous, kind, and helpful!
