Customer experiences
VMC dental is a warm welcoming place for new customers. As an anxious patient who doesn't like to visit dentist, I would say I had a great experience so far. From the front desk to dental hygienist and dentist, they are all so wonderful š They are very clean and professional that I was well taught how to look after my teeth. The step by step little things make life more easily. I definitely recommend this wonderful place.
I went there today and hereās my honest review, starting with what I liked and then what I didnāt. First of all, the clinic was excellent in terms of cleanliness and accessibility. Honestly, the location is almost funny, itās practically inside a bus terminal, and at the same time it has car parking right outside. So whether you take the bus or drive, itās perfect. Iām no expert in dental equipment, but everything looked brand new and up to date. The team was mind-blowing. My appointment was at 1:30 (at least thatās what I thought), but when I arrived they told me it was actually 1:15. Even though I was a minute late, they were already prepared for me. They had even completed my paperwork beforehand because theyād collected my insurance info online. Honestly, it was the fastest clinic visit of my life. And no, I donāt think this was some gimmick to āsecureā me as a patient as the place was already full of people, so they clearly werenāt desperate. The hygienist was amazing. My teeth werenāt in the best shape (embarrassing but true), but she took her time to clean them properly. She gave me health tips along the way and was very thorough. Now, pain is subjective. For me, it wasnāt really painful, just a bit irritating at times with the occasional pinch. But overall, nothing bad. The technician who took my x-rays also did great. She was patient and even explained why the x-rays were needed, which I appreciated. Then came the doctor. He examined my teeth very carefully, every tooth, with focus and precision. But hereās where I feel things could improve. He noticed some issues and, because my insurance coverage was already maxed out, he asked if I wanted to pay out of pocket. I wasnāt ready for that financially, so I said no. At that point, his explanation became vague, almost dismissive. I left not really knowing the full details of my oral health. Even if I couldnāt afford the treatment right now, I wouldāve appreciated more transparency at least some advice on precautions or home care. After all, my insurance paid for this visit, and I paid for that insurance. So, while the exam was thorough, it felt like wasted potential because I wasnāt clearly told whatās actually going on. All I know for sure is I need to lose three wisdom teeth (which feels like losing all my wisdom š ). Jokes aside, no matter how busy a doctor is, they shouldnāt rush or dismiss a patient. That part left me wanting more. All I remember is Doctor saying 1-1 2-2 and so which I wished I knew what does it mean. On the other hand, the front desk staff were fantastic. Because they already had my details from the phone, they checked me out within minutes. They explained the important points clearly and I was ready to leave in no time. Honestly, the whole thing felt like a movie scene. I didnāt wait a single second for anything. Despite the clinic being busy, everything was so perfectly timed. Overall, I do feel I shouldāve walked out knowing more about my oral health. But I canāt overlook all the positives. My main goal was to get my teeth cleaned, and my hygienist nailed it. Hence, I avoided wasting my time in arguments over the examination because I knew I need another visit soon so I may just select another clinic that could atleast tell me about the illness within my insurance. So, hereās my final take, VMC Dental is extremely professional, fast, and talented. If your bank or insurance can cover huge bills, Iād highly recommend them.
Absolutely wonderful experience! The staff at VMC Dental are incredibly professional, warm, and welcoming. Everyone made me feel comfortable and cared for. Theyāre clearly knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything thoroughly, which really put me at ease. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a trustworthy dental team!
I have been going to VMC Dental for over a year now and I always am happy with the work they do. I got 4 wisdom teeth removed and multiple cavity fillings and it was a comfortable experience. Dr Ali is a good professional and his experience shows. Dr Reem Kakish did my trickier wisdom teeth removal and she was amazing. Her attention to detail is very comforting, she applied vaseline on my lips before staring the procedure so that the mouth doesnāt get very dry and very gently put my hair away so that it doesnāt touch the floor. I have not seen this kind of care and consideration from any other doctor. She was also so quick and made the entire procedure as comfortable as possible. The staff is very accommodating and sweet. A good dental clinic overall.
