I want to like this company! I really do! They have greats items, but that doesn't mean anything if you don't get them on a timely fashion. So if you have 1.5-2 weeks to wait for your items then it's perfect! It takes over a week to ship items. You reach out to customer service and they say 1-2 business days to process order. That's a big fat NO! Customer service isn't great either, it takes just as long if not longer to get a response. We applied for a wholesale account, after 2.5 weeks I reach out and was told they are holding all inquiries since they are making changes. Which is all great! But communicate that to the people applying. It's just not good business to ghost the people who are trying to support. UPDATE: package was received...missing an item, they sent an item I ordered that was clearly for Christmas since it had Santa and Christmas bulbs on it. Which I can't use in the store since we just finished with Christmas. I ordered pickles and they were packaged at the bottom of the box with everything stacked on top and they busted. So when I unpacked them at store pickle juice was everywhere, having to toss them. Lastly. There was an item missing as well. Emailed them right away with the findings and how this could be corrected. Email sent 4/17 it's 4/23 and no response as of yet!

I had some difficulty getting in contact with this company after I made my oder and paid for it. I was starting to feel taken advantage of. But then, about 3 weeks after the order was placed, I received an email informing me that my order had shipped and I had a tracking number. I received my order sooner than expected. I would highly recommend doing business with Volt Candy Company. You need to be patient (which I learned), but stay on top of it. They are very accommodating. I will be future customer.
