We had an outstanding experience at Streetsville Hyundai while leasing our 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was professional, friendly, and truly exceptional. Hamza Arshad, the Financial Services Manager, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and transparent. He took the time to clearly explain all financing and leasing options, helped us secure a very competitive deal, and recommended the best extra protection packages to keep our vehicle fully covered. The approval process was fast, smooth, and stress-free, which made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. We also want to thank Mubashir, the Branch Manager, for his support and professionalism. He ensured everything went smoothly and made us feel valued as customers. Overall, the service at Streetsville Hyundai was outstanding, efficient, and customer-focused. Extremely disappointing experience with the Hyundai dealership in Streetsville following an insurance-related repair after a vehicle accident. From the outset, I made it clear to my insurance company that I wanted my vehicle repaired at a Hyundai dealership, expecting brand-level quality, professionalism, and proper quality control. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below reasonable standards. First Visit – Vehicle Returned in Unacceptable Condition When I initially dropped off my vehicle, I clearly explained all visible damage. After two to three days, I was contacted and told the vehicle was “ready.” Upon collecting the car at night, I was shocked to find: • The interior was extremely dirty, with visible white stains and overall poor cleanliness • The vehicle was in worse interior condition than when I dropped it off • Exterior damage and scratches had not been repaired at all It is unacceptable that a vehicle would be returned in this condition, especially from a dealership. Even more concerning is that I was contacted to pick up the car when the work was clearly incomplete and not checked. Second Visit – Rework & Inconvenience Because it was late, I took the car home and contacted the dealership the following day to complain. While an apology was offered, this resulted in: • An additional return trip after I had already returned my rental • Significant inconvenience and wasted time Steve kindly arranged a loaner vehicle, which I appreciated. However, I again explained my frustration and emphasized that I do not have the time or flexibility to repeatedly return for incomplete repairs. I also explicitly pointed out the unacceptable interior condition and showed photos. Third Visit – Repeated Failure to Complete Repairs After leaving the car with the dealership again, I was informed on Friday that it was “fixed.” When I arrived: • I was told the vehicle was still not 100% complete because the rim damage had not been repaired • This meant yet another return visit would be required At this point: • One trip completed part of the work • A second trip completed another part • I am now being asked to make a third trip to finish what should have been done correctly the first time This is not an isolated mistake—it is a systemic failure in inspection, communication, and customer service. Ongoing Issue – Interior Cleanliness To make matters worse, the interior condition on the second pickup was again dirty and unacceptable, showing no evidence that prior feedback was taken seriously.
Recently purchased a 2026 Hyundai Kona Essential from this dealership, and as always I’ve always had an amazing outcome/experience with them. The Finance Manager, Hamza, did an incredible job in making sure all my needs were met and within my budget, and also making sure that we got this process done as soon as possible. I came to the dealership on Tuesday Jan 13th, approved the day after and car was ready for pick up on Jan 20th. And throughout the entire process he was helpful, quick to reply to any questions I had over the phone, and overall a great asset to Streetsville Hyundai!
