This is my second Volvo from Volvo Cars of OKC and I was blown away yet again. Debbie was knowledgeable, patient, and overall legitimately well-rounded and kind. It was very evident that she wasn’t just trying to meet a quota or push a sale; she helped me weigh pros/cons, provided thorough transparency, advocated for me to leadership, and made me feel like a friend instead of a number. The sales manager was attentive, quick, and made the environment hassle free. The finance department helped me customize a service plan that fit my budget without making me feel “forced” into any extended warranties, etc. I genuinely could not recommend this place enough and most importantly, ask for Debbie in Sales - she will not let you down!

We had an amazing experience at this Volvo dealership! They truly went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car. Choosing the right vehicle wasn’t easy, but Cynthia was absolutely superb throughout the entire process. She was patient, knowledgeable, and very attentive to our needs. She made our test drive smooth and seamless. We stopped by the dealership just to look around, and within a couple of days, we were driving home in a car we really love — complete with the add-on features we wanted. The whole team was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
