VRDnal Pet Shop - Kelapa Gading

I’ve actually been a regular customer here, which is why I always come back. But the experience I had last week was the most horrible one I’ve ever had at this place. I brought my two dogs here to be bathed. Afterwards, they stayed overnight, and I picked them up the next day. When I picked them up, one of my dogs was covered in saliva, smelled terrible, and was extremely scared for some reason. My other dog also smelled bad, though not as bad as the first one. Two days after I brought them home from the pet shop, one of my dogs passed away. When I asked the pet shop about it, their responses were: a. “Just bring them back here so we can bathe them again.” b. “We’re sorry, we don’t know.” c. “They were separated, they didn’t fight.” (But when I checked my dog’s mouth, it was full of blood.) d. When my husband called the person in charge after our dog died, they got angry and said, “Everything was fine here.” But it’s okay — only you know what really happened while my dog was staying there. The pain in my heart will surely find its justice someday.

Staff is helpful and no neko-neko. Price is reasonable. Open 8 am to 9 pm, but for grooming max 6 pm. The kind of pet shop I need.

Thank you Pak Sabar, the groomer that took care of my cat today. I visited this pet shop right after being “kicked out” by the neighbor pet shop because my cat clawed him. Haha. But Pak Sabar in VRDnal Pet shop handled my cat with care so she was not acting ‘reog’ when being groomed. The pet shop and pet grooming room are clean. Pet supplies are a lot and complete. There is a waiting room where you can see your pet being groom directly which I very like. I highly recommend this pet shop to groom your pets around sunter or kelapa gading!
