This is my experience from February week 3! The reason Ive rated low is because of the way this transaction was handled. Firstly the pickup was done slightly delayed which is understandable, however the insurance document provided was not authentic, the insurance policy number does not show any result on Bajaj website. The insurance process handling person was very rude. Still I was more concerned about my stuff as I had booked private transport, but the nightmare came when the truck arrived, they had loaded other people stuff as well resulting into multiple boxes getting tampered, plants getting damaged, handle of my bike got slightly damaged and it was outsources to 3rd party which caused almost 3 hrs of back and forth telephonic conversation to get the accounts settled, ordering Porter tempo as the third party did not provide sufficient labor to unload the truck! So much of stress in entire process. But I would like to give this shoutout to star Sandeep and his team for extremely peaceful packing process, very genuine efforts for packing.
