Huge delay in everything, the people in the company works like government office, when presented a problem it will go round in circles without a resolution. As land owners in and around Annanagar, kilpauk, shenoy nagar, mogappair, korattur never choose this guys. Go for a small builder or build by yourself for a peaceful living.

Past two days lift is not working, complaint was lodged to maintainance department, they are sending technician but problem not yet solved. Senior citizens are living in the flat, We are very difficult to walk steps from fourth floors but your management are not in mind.
