We started to use CRM long time ago. The one we were using is not that much user-friendly, sometimes, we felt that we were wasting time instead of saving it. 99H1 provides us with another CRM system that is so easy to use. They also help us connecting our online event-sign-up form to the CRM system and set up online payment. We could track where the signup coming from and assign it to an agent accordingly.
