Very unpleasant staff. Rude. I had my prescription originally sent to this pharmacy and they call me to tell me it is gonna be ready the next day. I show up the next day and it’s not ready. They then tell me it’s gonna be maybe 4 days. I could not wait that long for the medication so I had it transferred to meijer. They then call me a week later repeatedly to tell me that it’s ready for pickup. I work Monday thru Friday from 8 to 5p I don’t have time during the week to pick it up and since they are closed on weekends that also makes it more inconvenient. I go in on my day off to try to get my medication but they tell me I can’t get it since it is at meijer pharmacy and they blamed me since I didn’t decide to fill it with them even though there was a delay. I would avoid this pharmacy all together.

Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had a great experience at Vito's Pharmacy in Hammond, Indiana. I walked in just two minutes before closing on a Friday, and by the time Liah and Biljana got my medication and brought it to the counter, it was already 6:00. Because of that, they had no access to the system, but they still made sure I got my medication. I was very grateful, especially since they’re closed on Saturdays. Their dedication and willingness to help even when the system was down really stood out. I highly recommend Vito's Pharmacy for their excellent customer service and the commitment of their staff.
