Sharing my interview experience here! I was contacted by multiple recruiters from different branches of W3 Global, stating my profile was short-listed for the role of “NON-IT RECRUITER.” Post which I received a call for initial screening and the only question I was asked was - “How many years of experience do you hold into NON- IT recruitment?” To which I responded accordingly. The recruiter simply said okay, “Since you carry some experience, you would have to only go through the final round of interview.” On the day of the interview as I walk-in to their Uppal campus, I was made to go through the interview from the initial rounds of GD to Final round. During this span of 5 hrs of interview process, along with me the fellow candidates were taken aback by the fact that the role is for US IT Staffing. I did give my final round just to understand if the miss was from the recruiters or if this was a trap. The final round was with the OM and that cleared things up for me. Overall I wasted 6hrs for a role which I wasn’t looking for. This isn’t my hate comment towards the company, but as a Recruiter it is my duty to value the time of the candidate applying for the role. Hope the company takes a note and improves their hiring process.
