Our family loves Dallas Animal Clinic! The staff is friendly and super helpful, and they seem to care a lot for the animals under their care. The prices are reasonable for the industry, and they haven't ever tried to pressure us into services that we don't want or can't afford. They are usually available for regular appointments within a week or two, and can usually do emergency appointments by the next day. We've only had to travel out of town to another vet once because we couldn't get an appointment in time, every other time they have been very quick.

The care that my pets receive at Dallas Animal Clinic is 2nd to none! From day one, my pets and I have always felt welcomed and I truly feel heard when I discuss my concerns with every doctor we have had the pleasure of meeting. Dr. Doi is amazing with my youngest cat, Tigger, and helped diagnose an auto immune response he has been suffering with for 3.5 years prior to meeting her. He's very happy now. Dr. Laws has helped care for my 2 older cats since she started last year and helped diagnose on of them with osteoarthritis. He now gets monthly shots that improve his life and help him stay active, happy and grooming himself, which he couldn't do before from the pain. Dr. Estenson is very knowledgeable and deeply compassionate and has been my request doctor for both of my dogs. She helped keep my old dog comfy after diagnosing an inoperable tumor, and helped her pass peacefully when the time came. She also helped save my puppies life, when he was severely malnourished and had a massive abscess on his face from neglect of his mother. He came into my care unexpectedly and without Dr. Estenson, all the technicians and their dedicated care, he wouldn't be here today. The drive from Salem(or anywhere!) is worth it, and I wouldn't take my fur babies anywhere else!

I got my dog neutered last week and they were so amazing about working with him and his anxiety and going above and beyond for me and my baby! I can only imagine how hard of a job it can be to deal with difficult cases in the vet industry and this is the first vet office I have been too that has worked so hard to make it comfortable for my dogs! As long as I live in this area, they will always be my first choice!
