The Pet Valu unit at young is, in my opinion, one of the best. Great service from all the employees, a good variety of products in all categories, including accessories, food, hygiene products and others. The store is very spacious and always very organized. In addition to all this, they have a great professional groomer, but you can also bathe your pet by renting the space and products. The establishment is close to the St Clair Est metro station and several shops. For customers with disabilities, unfortunately the store does not have access ramps (it has steps to access the first floor) and does not have doors that open and close automatically.
Amazing store and helpful staff. My foster cat had a finicky food allergy and the staff helped me look through all the foods they offered to find the perfect one. It wasn’t an easy task but they never lost patience. I’ve been a regular since. Some of them even offered advice about my cat’s behaviour. They’re truly pet loving staff. Have seen many faces but all were equally pleasant. And the location+hours is an even bigger bonus.
