Well, originally took my gold Rolex into ocean jewellers to have my new crown fitted. When you guy opened it the lady immediately phoned me from shop to inform me about the rust & green stuff all over the works. She suggested a service as it hadn’t been serviced since 1988!! Rolex would’ve charged easily, £1500 for the work that’s been done, ocean jewellers charged £450 for service, polish, rust removal, calibration AND fitted my new crown. Upon testing it for being waterproof they found a small crack in the glass, I asked them to fit a new one for £100. WELL, I picked it up on Monday , 3 weeks after originally taking it in which was spot on for the time they told me and I could’ve nearly cried at how good my watch now looks. I honestly could not be happier. I couldn’t thank them enough. Looked a completely different watch (even asked them if they were sure it was mine!!!!!) I’d recommend ocean jewellers 100%. I actually bought my first ever watch from them (Cartier Santos) 22 years ago and continued to use them. Ocean jewellers, thanks Again. Andy D.
