Walgreens Pharmacy at Northwestern Memorial Hospital-Galter

I had a very disappointing experience at the Walgreens pharmacy. The pharmacy tech, Jan, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When she couldn’t spell my last name, I repeated it clearly to help, but instead of responding politely, she rolled her eyes and sighed in frustration. Her attitude made the interaction uncomfortable and completely disrespectful. In a healthcare environment, staff should show patience and courtesy, not irritation. I hope Walgreens takes this seriously and addresses this kind of behavior. Patients deserve to be treated with kindness and professionalism and also Jan is lazy

Your employee Jan Jan went out of her way to help us! We were in Chicago for a medical procedure at northwestern hospital and there was a mixup about what pharmacy to call the prescription into and it got called in to our cvs pharmacy in Atlanta ga. After getting no help from cvs to have them transfer the script to Chicago your employee Jan Jan went out of her to get this done for us! She treated us like we really mattered and was able to Have things corrected. She is an asset to Walgreens and I would call her a gold star employee!

Always a great visit at this location. The staff is always helpful and polite. The store is very clean and organized. Fast service.
